Information about CMH (Combined Medical hospital)
Military Hospital Pakistan may be the biggest teaching care under construction by the Army in Lahore.The primary objective of this hospital is to provide specialized medical treatment to the armed forces personnel along with their dependents.
The Combined Military Hospital is headed by a Brigadier of the Medical Corps of the Pakistan Army.It was established in 1854 as a British Military Hospital by the British Army as a special treatment center for British officers.
After the independence of Pakistan in 1947, the Combined Military Hospital was handed over to the Pakistan Army and at that time it consisted of 200 beds.
It has a capacity of 1100 now due to developing medical facilities and population growth And it is under construction which will be completed in 2024.
CMH Lahore has been commanded by various Brigadiers and the current CMH Lahore is supervised by General Adil Hasnain.
Eligibility Criteria
CMH requires certain conditions from its candidates for employment opportunities.CMH will admit and provide seats only to male or female meeting the following eligibility criteria.
- Education should be MBBS or BDS.
- Experience in this should be 10 to 15 years.
